Day 1
Arrival at Guwahati – Transfer to Tezpur
- Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station and proceed by road to Tezpur (approx. 200 km / 4 hrs).
- On arrival, check into the hotel.
- If time permits, visitCole Park.
- Overnight stay at Tezpur.
Day 2
Tezpur – Dirang
- After breakfast, drive to Dirang (approx. 185 km / 6.5 hrs).
- En route, visit the famousTippi Orchid Centre and Hot Water Springs.
- On arrival, check into the hotel.
- Evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay at Dirang.
Day 3
Dirang – Tawang
After breakfast, proceed to Tawang (approx. 155 km / 6 hrs). En route, enjoy breathtaking views ofSela Pass (14,000 ft) and visitJaswant Garh War Memorial, dedicated to the brave soldier of the 1962 war. Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day 4
Tawang Sightseeing
- After breakfast, explore Tawang – the land of Monpa tribes.
- Visit the famousTawang Monastery, one of the largest monasteries in Asia, also known asGalden Namgyal Lhatse.
- It houses a magnificent 18-ft statue of Lord Buddha and is the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama.
- Later visit the War Memorial.
- Evening free for local shopping.
- Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day 5
Excursion to Madhuri Lake & Bumla Pass
- After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion toMadhuri Lake andBumla Pass(subject to permit approval).
- Experience stunning high-altitude landscapes.
- Return to hotel.
- Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day 6
Tawang – Bomdila
- After breakfast, drive to Bomdila (approx. 180 km / 6 hrs).
- Check into the hotel.
- Later visitBomdila Monastery and enjoy panoramic Himalayan views.
- Overnight stay at Bomdila.
Day 7
Bomdila – Guwahati
- After early breakfast, drive back to Guwahati (approx. 390 km / 9 hrs).
- On arrival, check into the hotel.
- Evening free for leisure.
- Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 8
Guwahati Departure
- After breakfast, if time permits, visit the sacredKamakhya Temple.
- Later transfer to airport or railway station for onward journey.
- Tour ends with beautiful memories!
